This has been going on for a while, but I wanted to wait for the most recent update to see if t was fixed. The short version is that the reagent count and spellements counts are not displayed correctly.
Steps to recreate:
Open Bank/Backpack/Shared Bank interface. Mine defaults to the Bank. Shows 83/100 in the Shared Bank and 91/150 in Backpack.
Click Shared Bank tab, shows 60/150 in the Bank and 91/150 in Backpack.
Click navigate right arrow (Housing) once, fields show the same as above.
Click navigate right arrow (Reagents) once, field shows 60/150 in the backpack and doesn't change no matter which reagent I click on.
Click navigate right arrow (Spellements) once, field shows 50/150 in the backpack and doesn't change no matter which spellement I click.
Click navigate right arrow (Jewels) once, field changes to 39/100 Jewels in my backpack.
Click navigate left arrow (Spellements) once, field shows 39/100 and doesn't change no matter which spellement I click.
Click navigate left arrow (Reagents) once, field shows 39/100 and doesn't change.
Click navigate left arrow (Housing) once, and fields go back to 60/150 and 91/150.

Steps to recreate.
Enter interface, click Backpack tab, navigate using right arrow to reagents page. As above, field shows 83/100.
Click on any reagent, no change to the field.
Click on a specific reagent and then click on the shared bank tab, field changes to the number of the reagent in the backpack.
Click on any reagent, no change to the number.
Click on the page advance in the reagent list, number changes to zero.
Click on a specific reagent, then on the backpack tab, field changes to the number in the shared bank of that reagent.
Again, no change if I click on a different reagent, but changes to zero if I click on page change.
