Allow for accounts to be removed
Not a deletion this turns the account back or into a stand alone account
Account will now have functions such as control over chat settings, purchases and well everything a normal account would have.
Reasons why:
Child becomes an adult and still plays would probably want to have the account they used as their own now instead of always and forever moderated by another account
And would benefit you guys as now they don't have the family discount so now their account is normal they pay the normal price (I know this if for monthly only but still)
