I feel as though this benefit is largely unused outside of gear crafting. Spellement farming rates however are painfully low and it would be nice to have at least 1 member benefit sped up this process to make it a seasonal grind thats more enjoyable.

I agree with this. Especially since spellements are classified under reagents.
