How quickly are you leaving the house after rating?
I’d imagine you’re not this quick, but it can take a second for the badge credit to be updated, and it should say it in chat
When I sent in for support they just said it would reach their tech team and no need for further communication but I would walk around the whole house then rate but I was getting the credit
