Disloyal Knight has two entries in the monstrology tome, one for either location that they can be found in. However only one of the entries can actually be collected, and both instances of the enemy contribute to the same entry in the tome. The entry that can be collected also have no description.
To add: other players have both entries from prior to when something broke the entries, hence how I know there are two entries for disloyal knight.
