It just came to mind that we haven't really received more mounts available for gold.. more or less ever. While I understand there shouldn't be that many gold mounts, I think it would be nice for lesser spending players to have a bit more options when it comes to what they can spend their gold on regarding mounts. The easiest idea here is probably making some of the older mounts available for gold. Some that come to mind that would make sense for gold would be the Panther mount, the Swiftshadow Wings, and/or Snow and Bruin Rams. These are all very old mounts that probably not many people buy for crowns nowadays, and are maybe a little outdated in terms of the quality of some of the mounts we get now, so I think it'd make a lot of sense for them to be available for gold.

I agree with this 100%. There are some free mounts already through the crown shop, like the blue dragon and some of the oldest mounts in the game but it's hard to find them because you have to go through all the mounts and find one, then click the gold tab, and then it shows you the mounts you can get with gold. Seeing some free-to-obtain mounts would be really nice.
Another mount change I hope to see (especially with the teasing on jewel slots for mounts) is for the stat mounts. It'd also be really nice if the mounts with stats weren't pay-to-win. I mean 3% damage and 2 pierce is somewhat negligable in pve and questing, but in raids and advanced content, it gives a huge advantage. Being able to pick an armor piece with three less damage to get more pierce or crit is so insanely good. I hope the mount jewels were serious and are free-to-play accessible
