#Fix Account Flagging System

The system for flagging accounts for Crown purchases is FAR too sensitive. I have used the same card & address for purchases for well over 5 years, and buy a lot of crowns throughout the year, but it never fails that I get flagged nearly every time I buy crowns. It is so annoying to have to submit a support ticket all the time just to be able to spend my own money, not to mention that I have been flagged for entire Crown Sales before and ended up buying zero Crowns.

There NEEDS to either be a way to set metrics within your account for what may be a concerning purchase, OR fix the system for flagging all together. :Crowns: :Crowns: :Crowns: PLEASE HELP!!

I don't know, I actually kind of appreciate the sensitivity. I usually don't get flagged unless I spend a "weird" amount - something out of the range of what I normally buy. And I've never had an issue hearing back from CS quickly and having them restore purchasiing power. I'd rather the contact than the alternative.
