That would be nice, it's silly having wrenches be a thing in game, but there's no real way to get the max level ones

Maybe have the upgrades be recipes that use some of those really random no-use reagents like Star Iron, or reagents that are only used to be transmuted into higher tiered reagents like Palladium, Iridium, etc

Even just 2 artisan wrenches = legendary would be enough. Artisan wrenches are very farmable; they drop from lots of level 100 content. So it would create a short grind for players with no crowns that most people would still pay 20 cents to ignore
