I don't think that's how that works, actually
Pressure effects lower the volume of gas in your lungs, but not the amount.
Actually, higher partial pressure will probably move the equilibrium position closer to solution in blood being favored, making it easier to absorb oxygen, but in turn it will make it harder to get rid of carbon dioxide and therefore a buildup of it might lead to a toxic amount.
Actually, some oxygen pressures are also toxic!
But I don't think you can reach that with underwater pressure anyway.
