to expand on this idea (yes i know its like a week later lol), i think itd be fun to have colored torches and lanterns. itd be especially interesting to have the colors based off of real life. for example if you add copper sulfate you get a green flame. more examples:

it doesnt have to be those exact chemicals i mean even if it was just adding a dye to the torch itd make it much more enjoyable
