so um im currently in 10th grade... im very good at coding and just all computer stuff and same with math. i rly want to study data science but im hearing that it has no scope in the future so... the thing is im disgustingly educated in biology so maybe bioinformatics might be good? but the thing is idk how or what i should study for it in the future (im already doing some researchs on ts)

hmmm i don’t think it’s necessarily about what you’re best at but more about what you will see yourself enjoying doing for 20+ years and making a career in it
although it’s important to have a career built on a topic(s) that you’re good at (it’s reliable), the number one thing you gotta do is make sure that you’re not going to absolutely /hate/ what your future career consists of. Don’t like hearing people complain? Don’t get a licensed psychology degree. Always hated dance? Don’t get a degree in dance. (No hate to the arts and humanities though sorry)
Since you have some experience in coding and in biology, try getting some experience in the field, related fields or shadowing people. Once you get the general feel for what you feel like you’ll like doing, you can design your degree-choice around that. I’ve always been lazy and fascinated by computers so after leaving and returning to uni during COVID, I switched my major from psychology to computer science. The tipping point for me was the passion and fun I had when coding after taking my first cs class. I’d never really had that in psych. So I switched. Sometimes the decision is that simple, sometimes it takes time. What matters is that you get there and are ultimately happy
People who like what they are doing often are good at it. If youre both enjoying doing it and good at it, you tend to build impressive and competitive skills/projects/portfolios/experience/etc.
Even if an industry is saturated as hell, someone truly dedicated to succeed in it will most likely succeed.
Its a lot harder for people who have their sights only on money as a dream, or hate doing it, to go out and do things in their free time or above and beyond enough that they can be competitive.
