Hi! I decided to be a developer and I am planning to study Html, CSS and Javascript.
I am a computer engineer graduate, and I have knowledge when it comes to coding, but the language that I am familiar with are Java and python. I am quite confuse on who am I going to start on creating projects, like how did you start creating? Does copying tutorial is effective then try creating on my own? Any tips are welcome thank you!

No, don't copy tutorials.
Rather if you're a beginner, think about a project and where you get stuck search Google or watch tutorials only for that part.
I say, plan out , then write which parts you already know and which things you don't know.
Then start, and keep learning the part you don't know.
Since you already know python, I say start doing js.
