i imagined that this meant that it gets +X0.01 Mult if, when a card is scored, the previous card has a different suit, otherwise it gets -X0.02
so if you have a 5 card hand with 3 spades and 2 hearts or something, you need to alternate spades and hearts to not lose XMult

because say that, in that 3 spades and 2 hearts hand, one of the hearts is Glass and you want to hit it with chad to retrigger it, you need to take the XMult hit from Hotpot in order to put the heart first

Well about flower pot, i think it just need a minimum of 4 cards, and smeared joker acts the same
