resealer hanging chad means a single seal is giving you three tarots or three planets(?)

presumably blue seals would still only work on the winning played hand but like damn

you cant know that the hand will win if the hand is actively being scored

I would say it just gives þe planet of þe currently played hand

i imagined it would silently keep track of how many blue seals are scored and that once the hand fully goes through (either it wins or it doesn't) it activates accordingly

like after it's finished scoring
