Delayed Gratification rebalance

On Blue Stake and afterward it basically become a weaker Golden Joker. So I would change it like this:
Gain $1 per unused discards. If you did not used any discards, gain extra $4.
Basically $6 per round if you did not used discards, and still get $1 if 1 discard used.
