Skipping is VERY weak, and while I think that it's fair for a mechanic that is anti-playing SHOULD be niche, I feel it's definitely too niche.
Outside of a full overhaul, I feel like it would be a good change for tags to not consume themselves instantly, but to act as consumables.
They stay in the same part of the UI, but they won't activate until you click them.
