Ante 5: shoot the moon(6th) + parking(7th)
Ante 6: Invis joker (24th)
Ante 7: (Ankh 32th)
Ante 9: Another ankh if you were broke before (16th), Baron (76th)
Ante 10: Nat-Negative Blueprint in the first reroll or so
Ante 11: Invis joker, for me it sniped the 1/5 odds for blueprint
Ante 13: Brainstorm in first shop joker pack, Blueprint(11th)+ negative invis(35th) (keep this one until you use 2 ectos, don't make the same mistake I did)
Ante 14: turtle bean (10th & 49th), Baron(52nd) for the ante 15 psychic boss
Ante 15: Blueprint if you have showman (Also watch out for psychic)
Ante 16: Bean into crimson heart (If you can copy burglar)
And the rest goes on
PS: I wasn't able to get Director's cut or antimatter, but the bosses are pretty good, other than ante 15 psychic
If you REALLY want to minmax:
Ante 10: Negative tag, 97th is showman(after scholar, hologram, clown), 110th is juggler (after lovers, lusty, devil), 172nd is Brainstorm (though likely unreachable)
Ante 20: Double tag on the negative tag, 54th card in the shop is a showman, (after mystic summit, medium, earth planet)
Ante 24: 140th card is bean, reroll for crimson bean if retcon and money
My thoughts:
On my unseeded run i missed the first red seal king and started copying red seal kings in ante 13-14.
I also only got baron in ante 14, which nearly killed me, but was right on time for psychic boss.
Even though I didn't play perfectly, i believe this seed has a lot of potential for ante 39/naninf.
