… no. You would have to get specific jokers around it, to get 1-2 hand size max. it is also too tedious and labyrinthine. also things like blueprint and brainstorm would not only not work with it, but also hinder it

also how is it a rare joker when a juggler/troubadour will give the SAME effect without needing to build around it
