I played a glass jack or diamonds (using DNA to get a copy) after the DNA I used the devil tarot card. Then the glass jack got debuffed
I’m not sure if the jack should have been debuffed after the DNA use or if it wasn’t meant to get debuffed.

The copied Jack becoming debuffed isn’t a glitch. You did play it previously that ante (earlier in the round is earlier in that ante).
Playing a tarot, playing or discarding a hand, etc, makes the boss run its checks again, seeing if anything has changed. The copied Jack should be debuffed immediately
