Don’t recall the exact locations of everything off the top of my head, but gets yorrick ante 3-4 iirc and canio ante 7. Canio definitely isn’t needed, as quad yorrick is enough to carry you past ante 8.
Vouchers are not great, though clearance sale is nice
Vouchers really pick up on ante 10
Also another invis joker after the ante 13 boss blind. Just be sure to have enough score so that selling canio (or whatever else is in your fifth joker slot) won’t kill the run
