So i've pulled some joker ideas out of my A$$ and i think they're pwetty cewl

1: Destroy the joker to its right gain have of its sell value to its Xmult debuff the joker to its left in the next round

Side notes: it won't work with egg or any joker effected by gift card also if it was placed in the very right or in the left it wont destroy or debuff

Some names for the joker: double dagger, golden dagger, shadow dagger, double egged dagger or pirate dagger

Rarity: legendary

2: 1- hand, 2- hand size, has a 1/5 to debuff a random joker every round for that round and has a 1/3 chance to take 3 or 2 dollars from you 50/50 chance, +8 discards

Some names for the joker: evil joker, very evil joker, super evil joker, extremely evil joker, insane joker or addicted joker

Rarity: rare

so a few things
first, disabling it working with egg/giftcard affected jokers just seems... bad? makes it no fun and makes it kinda boring, especially since it also debuffs the other

second, legendary jokers are supposed to be named after entertainers in history, either in fiction or nonfiction (yorick is from shakespeare as an example), and the effect is overall very bad and is an instant sell on basically every build
