every third hand, all jokers with this sticker are debuffed for one hand (3 hands remaining)

the timer would start when you obtain a joker with this sticker for the first time in a run

this sticker would appear on orange stake with perishable on gold stake and rental on blue stake (thongs can be rearranged, but this sticker works as a blue stake rework of sorts)

I somewhat like the idea, it's just that it's so inconsistent that it's possible (and probably likely) to get impossible runs even with correct play because of terrible rng

would smth like "every other hand, this joker doesnt trigger (2 hands remaining)" be better?

if it was something like "every 3rd hand, all Broken jokers are debuffed for one hand" then i think it could work?

that way it's not like you're having to plan every shop and last hand in advance to make your broken jokers line up (seems like more of a pain than an interesting game mechanic), and you do know when it's gonna happen, but it's still inconvenient and will make it harder without feeling like crimson heart again

actually, i really like that idea

would probably have to not allow the sticker on things like golden joker, c9, hallucination, burglar.. that only give value at one specific time that aren't tied to when you play hands
but seems easy enough to make

-# and (most) scaling jokers already can't have perishable, like Green or Square, so it's not like 'certain jokers not being able to have certain stickers' is a new concept
