Finally, Neptune is useful! In all seriousness though, I feel like this would make Satellite more interesting and easier to use while also tying into the theme well. It might be a bit strong, so I could see it being bumped to Rare. However, most of the existing planet generators rely on you actually playing that hand, which will likely make it no longer your least played. Let me know your thoughts!
