the idea is pretty neat, but destroying 7 cards for a single hand level as a rare joker effect is pretty bad
like, that's using 4 hanged men for a single level, using an immolate+hanged man, or grinding out some combination of that with glass, sixth sense, or trading card
solid idea numbers need to be tweaked

Maybe change to every 2-3 cards destroyed
Burnt joker allows you level up your hands more easily and is also a rare
i think the joker is probably fine at like, 5 destroyed cards
eh the difference is burnt only upgrades slop hands like pairs and hc
this would help any build
I’d argue that if you really wanted you could burn a few of your hands first to find the hand you want to discard
I feel straight levels are strong enough to at least try doing this
Also I fear that even 5 cards may be too much since there aren’t that many ways to destroy cards
You could get more levels from the uncommon Space joker compared to being able to destroy that many cards
to me using burnt joker for anything greater than flush and two pair is a bit too ambitious
considering you need to draw the hand twice if its a high ranking hand
for the 5 cards to upgrade, i do see the problem now but i cant get myself to do anything less than 4
Cool concept, destroying cards is too difficult for a rare to require 7 destroyed cards
dare i say it could go all the way down to 3 cards destroyed
