If you have >=30% of the money required to buy something, you cannot buy it.

1.3x4 = 5.2
Round up -> 6
If you have >=$6 you cannot buy the pack.

I think you should start with vagabond here, otherwise this is worse than the Cruelty challenge and not really that fun

Do you mean 130%? Because if you have 30% you can't but it anyways.

Also if you one shot the first blind, you can't buy anything, and the second blind, will only gives you more, and more, and you can't buy anything until you get the ox
