assuming it always disappears after the 10th roll (just based on luck), and that you do not have a reroll voucher:
5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 = $95 spent on rerolls, 2 3 3 4 4 5 5 6 6 7 = $45 refunded
would be worth more the later into rerolls you get it (e.g. rerolls $20 - $34 it'd be $195 refunded)
overall i think the idea is really cool; maybe a bit too powerful? this seems better than clown on average i think
i could see this working well as a 1/3 instead of half refunded, personally, though maybe someone else has different and/or better math for this than i do
