Maybe this would also still be too niche
But maybe the effect could be like "Your deck cannot be modified this round" instead, which would also target other miscellaneous enhancements during the round (like emergency strength tarots for straights, or applying chariots to red seals)
Still would not do much in a lot of cases and is probably more annoying than challenging, but wanted to add to the idea 😀
