the way to do well in balatro is to make your deck consistent
the game being easier for some, but not all rounds, is mostly unhelpful.
and the game suddenly being harder can lose the run

a better roulette would be a money benefit, and losing that benefit when it kills itself

also, I can't see a joker playing russian roulette and killing itself getting into the game. it's a little dark.
