You should make it 1 in 4 to give cards an edition. But the edition has weighted odds with 50% foil, 35% holographic, 15% polychrome. Ooh and maybe make it only be able to target jokers. At that point why not make it a tarot too. Call it uhhhhh ball of awesomeness
