Why blurry joker?

Zany Joker is +12 Mult if hand contains any 3oaK. Having to play a specific 3oaK and only giving +19 mult makes this a very difficult joker to justify taking. I would only consider it if I were on the erratic deck and I somehow got ten or more 9s in the deck.

Like, the only other time I would have a bunch of 9s specifically in my deck was if I were playing hard into a Cloud 9, but by the time I got my deck fixed enough to handle playing 3oaK or 4oaK of 9s I don't think I'd need to worry about +19 flat mult.
