This would actually be a high card joker since you can literally always draw hc, but can very possibly miss with pair

while it definitely seems like one at first, the inability to discard useless cards by throwing them into pair hands (and high card hands as well) would drastically decrease your odds at finding the in-hand joker effects that a lot of pair/high card builds rely on like blue seals, gold, and steel, so in theory while you could still play them, i thought it would serve nicely for the bigger hand types where you discard to get the wanted hand, play extra hands to get chips for the joker, and maybe find extra cards like gold/blue seal/etc without relying on playing so much junk cards to find them

also this is muh better than squimbo whixh is already pretty strong
it being able to reset is why i chose 11, if it didn't i'd make it much less
