When you sell a negative invisible joker that makes you have 6/5 Joker and you can't even pickup negative jokers anymore.

An easy fix for this would be to have the copied joker to be negative (and replace the edition if necessary).

Is arguable whether the 6/5 jokers is a bug, but being unable to buy negative jokers once at a threshold like that is intended behaviour.

Invis purposely doesn’t duplicate the negative edition as that would be way too strong.

I mean, surely it is though right? Especially since invisible joker has an error message when over the limit instead of at it

That is not something I knew, do you remember what it says in that scenario?

"No Room!", iirc

Just checked the roffle short on this exact thing and only saw the “duplicated!” message

#

I’ll check in my own time but I think you might be thinking of ankh at full slots

#

Invis also just doesn’t have the typical [Must have room] text like Riff Raff, Cartomancer, or the Top-Up tag do

#

ooo, if you are even further over the joker limit, negative invis shows that "No Room!" text

#

7/5 with a negative invis

I thought it would also show at 6/5 but yeah, that one

If I had to guess, either invis just assumes that there would be room once it gets sold (as in it assumes your slots wouldn’t decrease because you sold a negative),

Or the sequencing on the edition being inactive and invis getting sold (freeing up room) happen in a weird order. there is probably a counterexample for this exact scenario so I’m leaning towards the first one more. But I also just don’t actually know what’s happening internally.
