Infinite Debt. -1 Hand size per $10 of debt, if hand size reaches 1, purchases are stopped until hand size is raised (either by voucher, joker or gaining your money back).
-# If you have 2 hand size and can reach 0 hand size, purchase is also voided.

-# Debt cannot be exceeded if hand size reaches 1. Black-Hat can't decrease your hand size below 1. 9 hand size is 80$, uses original hand size for reference.

-# If you have a hand size of 9, you can go up to 80$ of debt but for every -10$, your hand size (TEMPORARILY) decreases until you get your money back.

i don't think people quite understand because I worded it wrong, so I reworked it a lil

Idea is, 9 hand size. Go up to 80$ of debt, every 10 dollars of debts you lose 1 hand size but you get it back if you lower debt, obeys original hand size and won't decrease it to 0.
