i share people's confusion, but also want to state that ante 16 is a really mean unlock.
newbies struggle with stuntman's e8, and this needs e17, which requires a pretty high level understanding of the mechanics of the game to get

There isn't a requirement in the game anywhere in the vicinity of that difficult.

Winning "jokerless" might be more difficult, but that doesn't unlock anything

i think that's a good cap, ante 12 can be reached with just really good scaling even if you're not doing red seal steel king cycle

or whatever the kids do these days
