Background of hand won't go away sometimes?

The weird shaded background part of the hand sometimes sticks around on the shop screen. It's just really inconvinient

You also can't click the parts of the vouchers/packs that are behind the hand border

this does also make it impossible to click the skip blind button

Leaving to main menu and returning won't remove it

Starting a new run won't remove this either
