I’m sure this is already thought of but if not then it has a 97% chance to become uncommon and 3% chance to become a rare and the card design will Be the word “joker” floating in water and the Loch Ness monsters shadow will be shown and maybe a yōkai to but probably just the Loch Ness monsters shadow

my guess is it's basically a slightly more investful judgement that can only hit uncommon/rares

They joker will only be active after every 3 blinds it will then change a rarity of any card as long as it isn’t legendary

You could rework it into an upgrading judgement

Like after every boss blind it's rarity goes up by one tier up until Rare. And then when sold generates a random joker of that rarity. Wouldn't fit the Hoax theme, but at least it would serve a purpose
