Create a tarot card when an ace is played but not scored

THEME:

  1. ninjas are sneaky. an ace would score if there are two, or if you play high card, so you've got to hide it
  2. you get a tarot because the ninja stole it for you

RULES:
. aces debuffed by a boss would also trigger this

I considered making this 1in2...
but you have to get the aces, and find a way to throw them away
i don't think this is super reliable
you have to play in a lot of suboptimal ways to trigger it, and you can't trigger it with a 5 card hand, and I was afraid 1in2 was weak. It seems like it would feel really bad to not get the tarot after saving the ace, etc

it feels like the sort of thing that would be more interesting and special if you're not seeing it all the time
so maybe rare just so you see it less
