#Fisherman (uncommon)

on one hand, it's a pretty neat idea
on the other this is also like, ultra specific of a card
and then also with any retriggers (basically just hanging chad what else is there) that means the joker gains 44 or 66 permanent chips from scoring a single card, X4 better than a straight with runner, nearly X10 better than square joker
like wee gets 8 chips for scored 2's and it's a rare
in a sense it's kind of like idol where it requires a very specific setup for a big payoff, but for what it is it just feels a little strange
idk how else to put it
It feels like the old shoot the moon
Which got reworked
So mm lowkey idk
what was the old shoot the moon
It used to only give +13 mult for ace of queens
ace of queens?
Sorry I’m Lowry kinda high rn
lmao
Queen of Spades
Yeah I think this idea suffers in a similar way vein
Lower it to 5 chips
When I went fishing regularly, I bought a portable fish scale with a built on tape measure, because I was curious how big the fish actually were.
My friends Hated it because it showed us how short and light our fish actually were
It hurt the exciting fish stories when your best guess turns out to be inflated, even if you weren't trying to lie about it.
22 chips, double the chips of am ace, is playing in that theme. It needs to be at least 12, but 12 feels very weak, since you get 8 for any two with wee
I hate fish.
Sucking my legs.
Also theres a spectral card the make 2 aces.
Make it 5 chips uncommon
Also why ace?
Ohh ace looks like a fish
feesh
Weesh the feesherman
22 chips was the cleanest number, since it's perfectly double, which sells the theme the best.
Doesnt balance
Makes wee joker useless
VERY OP JOKER
So no
If u make it 5 chips then its ok
Wee is way more reliable, since it's any 2, and this is only the ace of spades, since that's the only ace that looks like a feesh.
It needs to be an exciting amount since it's unreliable.
Which is kinda like fishing.
But there might be a number above 8 (much weaker than wee) and less than 22 which is most balanced, but 5 is horrendously underpowered to get from only one card in your deck
I am so sorry i misread and thought every ace.
But i do think this is too high,
I think 17 chips is enough.
Too OP in checkered board.
Grim can give you 2 spade aces.
I hate the googly eyes of a fish.
17 might be about right
Maybe 18
