exactly what it says, who can get the highest cloud nine

rules: only qol mods, no saturn because of the consumable stacking bug that gives slots

scoring: highest score, highest ante, and the main one being counted is highest cloud nine

Yah I figured with the lack of re trigger options I could go the mime route instead and use DNA to boost the cloud 9 and my score. Then eventually I would just farm Serpent to the end pretty much.
