The joker gains 0.2X when a joker triggers for the first time
(Currently X1 Mult)
PURPOSES:
- Create mini-games based on keeping joker slots flexible and triggering jokers that don't compliment your build (like making a straight for zany joker on a pair build)
- Interacts nicely with perishable and rental jokers without explicitly calling them out
- Adds variety by encouraging you buy and trigger many jokers over the course of the run
RULES:
. not the first time in a round, but the first time since buying it
. copies and re-bought jokers are considered distinct and can trigger this
. it triggers itself (this is to prevent a copy from getting out of sync), but not in time for it to get it's own bonus that round
