The joker gains 0.2X when a joker triggers for the first time
(Currently X1 Mult)

PURPOSES:

  1. Create mini-games based on keeping joker slots flexible and triggering jokers that don't compliment your build (like making a straight for zany joker on a pair build)
  2. Interacts nicely with perishable and rental jokers without explicitly calling them out
  3. Adds variety by encouraging you buy and trigger many jokers over the course of the run

RULES:
. not the first time in a round, but the first time since buying it
. copies and re-bought jokers are considered distinct and can trigger this
. it triggers itself (this is to prevent a copy from getting out of sync), but not in time for it to get it's own bonus that round
