Around Ante 2, you'll find DNA. After the Big Blind in Ante 3, there’s a Perkeo in an Arcana Pack. When replaying this seed, my strategy was to copy several Temperance cards and focus on rerolling, generally skipping booster packs.
Around Ante 4, a Judgment card yields an Invisible Joker, which eventually (I don't remember exactly when) hits a Foil Blueprint in the late-game shop. Later on, around Ante 8, you can find Baron, Mime, and after a few rerolls, Brainstorm.
After extensive testing, I’ve concluded that the best way to get a Cryptid in this seed is, unfortunately, to trigger Sixth Sense about 12 times alongside DNA (so Sixth Sense doesn't destroy the 6s after playing them) and Perkeo (to prevent certain cards from repeating).
As a bonus, there are Negative Tags in Antes 6, 9, 13, and 14, which you can double up using Double Tags in Antes 5 and 8. Also, in the Ante 9 Small Blind, there’s an Arcana Pack containing Canio.
