A new Enhancement, Edition or Seal, probably would work better as a Seal:

Black Seal: This card counts as both a held in hand and a played card

This seal would benefit from jokers like Dusk, Hack and even Business Card

What do yall think?

I love the idea! Would this also affect scoring chips for cards held in hand? And gold cards?
