anyways uhhh reasoning for each joker:
chardonnay is a white wine (white wines appear yellowish), so it fits diamonds
on average, it makes one negative tarot every diamond flush played without retriggers
negative tarots naturally have $4 of sell value, so effectively, naturally, you're getting $0.8 per diamond scored (close to rough gem without 100% overshadowing it), with the option to instead use the tarots for your deck. so not only is it econ, but it's deckfixing! yippie!
cabaranet sauvignon is lowkey the least inspired of them all. there's no permanent mult jokers like how there's a permanent chips joker with hiker so i thought it'd be cool. but it's also one of the lighter red wines so heart = red is cool and all that
pinot noir is loosely based on the "needle" theming of certain stuff, since the uncommon for spades is arrowhead and all. though it's on par with card sharp/acrobat and has antisynergy with them so maybe instead it should be X4 like loyalty card for being so specific
spades are also the darkest of all the suits, so i thought having it be the pinot noir was fitting
malbec is kinda based on how the club's sin joker is "gluttonous joker," so i thought having it be based around doing something a bunch for the reward would be cool. i also thought it would be nice to give the less popular suit a good joker, since of the four it has real endless potential with stuff like burglar without being innately too overpowered (though maybe i should lower it to X0.2 per flush for balancing)
oh yeah, and it sometimes uses blueberries for its flavor, and clubs are blue n all. so yeah
