Just gonna use the base voucher name and then the level 3 effect:
Overstocked LV3: 5th slot, nothing fancy here
Clearance sale LV3: 75% off OR 50% chance for a free item in the shop (pack, joker etc)
Foil LV3: negative chance increase (2x)
Reroll Surplus LV3: another $2 off, makes first shop free essentially. Would stack with chaos.
Crystal Ball LV3: Fool can now use spectrals
Telescope LV3: redeems planets level up the selected hand and one random one from the mix
Grabber LV3: Another hand, again nothing fancy
Wasteful LV3: Another discard, again nothing fancy
Tarot Merchant LV3: Chance for negative tarots to spawn, at normal odds as jokers. Could be balanced by only allowing one negative at a time (although perkeo can override)
Planet Merchant LV3: As above but for planets.
Seed Money LV3: $25 or 30 threshold
Antimatter LV3: Another joker slot or makes one of yours negative (ecto without the hand size drop)
Paint Brush LV3: Another hand size
Directors Cut LV3: was thinking either $5 rerolls or something crazy like $10 rerolls but can choose the blind for $100 ($150 for ante 8,16 etc blind)
Heiroglyph LV3: -1 ante without any loss
Magic Trick LV3: introduces negative playing cards, act like splash. Your played hand doesn’t change but it scores and adds to jokers etc (4 2’s, one negative lucky 2 still is 4oak but the negative procs wee and Lucky cat and scores chips)
