Sets: blinds that debuff cards or hands that meet certain conditions

ℕ: Debuff scoring cards with the lowest rank in the played hand (Naturals have a minimum)
ℤ: Debuff hand if amount of unscored cards in played hand is equal or bigger than the amount of scored cards (Unscored = negative numbers, scored = positive numbers)
ℚ: Debuff cards if there isn't a card of adjacent rank held in hand (infinite amount of numbers between two integers)
ℝ: Debuff hand if hand contains at least 2 scoring numbered cards (Numbered = real)
ℂ: Debuff hand if hand contains numbered cards on even hands left, debuff hand if hand contains face cards on odd hands left (Face = imaginary, Numbered = real) (Finisher)

🤔

#

I like Z, but none others

I thought the naturals set was pretty nifty at the very least, any feedback in mind?

dim river
#

The N one? It's a little too strong for dealing with anything with pairs involved

#

Mm on second thought I do kind of like it

Z and n are cool

You can splash in a lower card

frosty hazel
#

But z is deff best

dim river
#

I like both, yeah

ℍ: Debuff hand if played cards are an odd permutation of the deck order. (Pure imaginary quaternions are anti-commutative.)

I can't wait to get to the point in math where I understand this

#

Sounds terrifying

quaternions mention

Oh, yeah I've heard of those before actually I believe

An odd permutation is just a permutation that takes an odd number of swapping two items instead of an even number.

#

So if you have 1234 then 2143 is an even permutation, and 2413 is an odd permutation

#

(where here 1, 2, 3, and 4 should be thought of as separate items which are labeled, rather than components of a four digit number.)

Ok ok, sounds interesting, I'll look into it once I'm done with my discrete math exams
