Saw the awfully designed/meme broken clock joker on the reddit today and was surprised to see no broken clock suggestions with a 1/12 chance effect.
Had trouble thinking of an effect strong enough to make the 1/12 worth it, but this can be balanced in a few ways like changing it to boss blinds only or whether you have a 'if you have space' clause.
There's kind of a lack of low chance effects in this sort of chance bracket and it has a high ceiling for Oops All 6's synergy
The problem is that the expected value for holding this joker all the way from shop 1(you can't start with it, so 23 rounds) is for it to trigger once in the entire run.
But if it copies itself its exponential scaling, technically

If banana sometimes lasts till ante 6 from the first shop, this is never gonna trigger
It's comically reliant on luck
Yeah actually 1/12 for a per round effect is just way too low.
1/12 for a per-hand effect could work.
I mean invisible is one copy after 2 rounds, so 1/12 per hand for a copied joker could be ok considering it has other synergies.
Or maybe an 'every 12 hands played' effect like 'add copies of your played hand to your deck'? Similar to DNA but up to 5 cards and different restrictions. I'm sure there's something that'd work for 1/12 per hand
