faceless joker rework

faceless joker is currently one of the worst econ jokers, so i propose a few reworks

- make it give money if 2 more more face cards were discarded instead of 3
- make it give $2 per discarded face card and make it uncommon (this feels like a worse rebate tho)
- make it give smth like $8 when 3 or more face cards are discarded instead of $5

Yeah you can very consistently get at least $5/round, plus blue stake rework would buff it even more

Like, it’s a common that can frequently make a good chunk of money. $5/round is a lot
