There's a burglar before Crimson Heart on Ante 8, Bean's easy to find, will get 3 hits on it.
You can get several Bean hits on ante 8, 16, 24, and 32, for a grand total of 53 hand size (there is also a nat negative Juggler somewhere for 54 hand size.)
I found a total of 6 Ectoplasms in this run, with the 6th one being in the shop after beating Ante 38 (though, maybe someone else can find more with Sixth Sense?)
Abuse Reserve Parking and Oops for an immeasurable amount of money, the joker come easy.

(This seed took me 2 weeks to get through because I just had to take breaks from the absurd amount of money farming, the highest money I got is in the last pic, maybe someone else can get higher lol)
