Banned jokers: All jokers that either alter a card's enhancement (e.g. vampire, midas mask) or jokers that rely on specific enhancements that are NOT stone (e.g. lucky cat), as well as jokers that rely on specific ranks or suits (e.g. Flower pot, rough gem, scholar, idol, etc). Banning jokers that rely on hands that aren't High Card (e.g. obelisk, jolly joker) is optional. Recommended to ban Ride the Bus and Driver's License as well, as scaling Ride the Bus becomes trivial, and Driver's License is instantly activated.
Banned consumables: Magician, Empress, Heirophant, Devil, Justice, Chariot
