I might have messed up some of the numbering of rounds/shops and the later parts of the guide are shorter because I'm lazy.
You will want to use Ghost Deck.

GUIDE: Skip the first round for the investment tag, discard for four of a kind using 8s.
Shop 2: Use the wraith for baron. In the buffoon pack is eternal splash.
Round 2: Discard for four of a kind using 4s (and keeping kings in hand if you have baron)
Shop 3: Use the emporer to gain judgement and temperance. Use judgement for riff raff. Hang on to the temperance.
The leftmost arcana pack has a soul card giving you Triboulet. You can also pick up empress if you like to enhance kings/queens.
Round 3: - Riff raff will generate raised fist, which is nice if you want to keep baron. We will also see a mime later in the game so if you want to go that route you can. I'd recommend against it, but you can try it.
- Now that you have 5 jokers, you should use that temperance.
Shop 4: - The rightmost arcana pack has another temperance for money. - Reroll once for cartomancer: you can sell riff raff for cartomancer. You can reroll a couple times for hermit.
I would recommend taking ectoplasm, but definitely also take death as cartomancer will give you the fool next round.
Next shop: Reroll twice for trading card. You will want this later for canio. Sell raised fist or baron and continue.
Round 9 shop: The arcana pack gives canio
Round 10 shop: The card pack has a red seal queen
Round 14 shop: Reroll twice for mime
Be warned: Ante 9 boss is the plant
